Nepal Film Artists Association has organised a blood donation Program today at Kathmandu. Artists Association hasorganised the blood donation program at Shanti Batika, Ratnapark. Nepali artists have been doing a lot of social awareness program like this. A few months before in the leadership of the artists, Bagmati Cleaning Campaign was held which is still continued by the other organizations every Saturday of the week. Actor Dhiren Shakya to the actress Sumina Ghimire have participated on today's blood donation program. According to the president of an Artists Association, Nawal Khadka, the artists, Journalists, Nepal Police, Social workers and the locals have participated on today's blood donation program.
Either for the publicity or promotion, Nepali artists seem quite active on raising social awareness in the community.A few days ago, Nepali movie 'Awaran' team including Priyanka Karki, had organized Bagmati cleaning program.
