Nepali New Year 2071 is celebrated in the USA by a group of Nepali people, actually the New year 2071 will be starting from Sunday the 13th of April. Especially people who live outside of Nepal, their celebration schedule is different than celebrating in Nepal due to work and other various reason. Nepali community living in Falls Church VA USA celebrated Nepali New Year 2071 on Friday April 12, 2014 which is 2 days earlier. Some places people celebrate after the New year. On this program, around 100 people were participated. Food, snacks, and drink were served. Actor Saroj Khanal was the main guest. It was a small gathering but everyone was happily exchanging their New Year wishes.
